Shipping and Returns
How long will it take to get my order?
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. If you order before 10am on a week day it will be shipped that day. Shipping times vary depending on your location, to see estimated delivery time see here.
Due to the nature of the products we are unable to accept returns. We strongly advise you check the ingredients list (on each product page) to check for allergies, and do a patch test before use. SEIR products were designed to be used together, please do not use SEIR skincare with other brands.
I received the wrong item / my item was damaged
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours of receipt if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will re-ship defective products or products that have arrived damaged, as long as stock is available and an image of the damage is provided. Please contact email@example.com. If stock is not available you will be offered a suitable alternative or a refund. If you would like a refund of a product purchased using a Gift Card your refund will be credited in the form of another Gift Card. Credits or refunds will be processed within 2 business days of the request.
HOW CAN I FIND THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
We get it, you want your products as soon as you can get them. You can find the status of a particular order and view your Order History on your account. Please note that the Order History will not be updated until the product(s) have shipped. If you do not have an account please check your tracking email.
Can I add something else to my order?
If your order doesn't have tracking yet please email us here firstname.lastname@example.org - we should be able to add what you like - depending on stock.
I ordered the wrong thing!

Each product has its application instructions on the back or you can see instructions on the product pages.

Our entire skincare line, except the Vitamin A Serum. This is because it contains XXX....

Our products are designed by Samantha Elliot, SEIR founder, and made in Australia.
