At SEIR Beauty we hope that you love your order, due to the nature of the products we are not able to accept any returns for change of mind.
Defective or Damaged Products
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours of receipt if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will re-ship defective products or products that have arrived damaged, as long as stock is available and an image of the damage is provided. Please contact email@example.com. If stock is not available you will be offered a suitable alternative or a refund. If you would like a refund of a product purchased using a Gift Card your refund will be credited in the form of another Gift Card. Credits or refunds will be processed within 2 business days of the request.
Wrong Item Received
If your item is damaged or faulty or you believe the product is incorrect, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with a detailed description, and any photos you can provide as soon as possible.
We cannot accept returns or process a refund for a product you use that you have sensitivities to or are allergic to. We put the full list of ingredients on our website so please look at these carefully.
